Melissa

I'm Melissa Mars and when I'm not dressing up as a cave woman,I perform the duties of the Business Clerk here at the Indian Education Program office. You will usually find me at the front desk and hear my voice when you call our office. My educational background is in Accounting and Public Housing Management. I started working here in June 2005 and really enjoy the work, my co-workers and of course the families we serve. When I'm not at work, I am parenting a teenager and a toddler which keeps me pretty busy and questioning my sanity at times! My teenage son is Nett Lake Ojibwe and attends Harding High School. My toddler is Hispanic and spends his days wearing out grandma and learning to talk in English and Spanish.
